Dennis Rogers Newsletter Introduction

Dennis Rogers is world renowned Grandmaster Strongman who has traveled the world performing incredible feats of strength. Between his live and televised appearances it is estimated that a minimum of 300 million people in 156 countries have seen Dennis perform.
That makes Dennis the most 'seen' strength performer in history. Spectators have watched him in amazement as he has performed incredible feats of strength, such as ripping thick phonebooks with only two fingers, tearing decks of cards with ease, bending steel into various shapes with his bare hands, driving a nail through construction lumber and metal with one blow of his fist, and, with his finger and wrist strength alone, rolling a frying pan so tight that it passes completely through a woman's bracelet! These are just a handful of the incredible feats of strength that Dennis has both performed and trained others, including most of today's current top performing strongmen.
Dennis is not an illusionist. The authenticity of his powerful feats have been verified by strength historians and officials throughout the world, as well as through field tests via the Discovery Channel, National Geographic and The History Channel. In 2004, Dennis Rogers decided that he wanted to share his training secrets and techniques with others to keep the oldetime strongman tradition alive, and through this vision he created Oldetime Strongman University.
Through Oldetime Strongman University, Dennis pulled back the curtain and shared many of his training secrets with a small group of select students. During this process, Dennis put together a newsletter in which he could share training tips and his thoughts on feats of strength, and historical performances with his group on a monthly basis. Dennis has graciously allowed us to post many of his original Oldetime Strongman University newsletters in the IRON LEAGUE archives. Plus, he will also be putting together new material to share, so look for something informative from Dennis each month ~ and only available to IRON LEAGUE members!
