irst up, the vast majority of our vintage books, courses, articles etc. are presented through the module shown above. Viewing these materials may require that you have flash enabled on your computer. If you can see what looks like a booklet above on a wooden background, then you should already be set in this regard.
Before purchasing an IRON LEAGUE membership, please try out the above preview in order to make ABSOLUTELY sure you will be able to view our site content.
"Flip Book" previews are fully compliant for viewing content on tablets and smart phones.
It would also be an excellent idea to make sure that your browser software is up to date.
We invite IRON LEAGUE to enjoy all the features this site has to offer, but we must require that each subscriber abide by certain rules so that no one's rights are stepped on. Failure to abide by these rules can result in immediate termination of access to this site, without refund or recourse.

- Do not share your logon passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.
- By becoming a member of the IRON LEAGUE you agree to not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please do not share our material or violate our copyright.
- As a member of The IRON LEAGUE, you will have access to hundreds of resources devoted to weight lifting, strength training, bodybuilding and many other forms of physical training. Our goal is and has always been to provide training that is both safe and productive, however, the responsibility will always ultimately be up to you for your own training pursuits. Please consult a physician before engaging in any physical fitness program. IRON LEAGUE books, courses, articles etc, cannot be printed or downloaded. As a member of The IRON LEAGUE, you agree to take full responsibility for your health and well-being.
- IRON LEAGUE membership plans are all automatically charged on a RECURRING monthly or yearly basis (based on your chosen membership level.) You may cancel your membership at any time and it will take place immediately ending before the next scheduled billing period depending on your membership level. Due to the downloadable nature of our content, we can offer NO REFUNDS for Iron League memberships for unused time periods.
- As a member of The Iron League, you may cancel your membership at any time, but please be aware that cancellation of membership DOES NOT OCCUR by unsubscribing from the email notification list. Cancellation of your membership must be done through the website, and you will receive notification by email if/when that occurs. Please keep your email address current, we cannot be held responsible for out of date or incorrect information.
Cancellation requests: Because we want there to be no question whatsoever that your account has been cancelled should you request it, we require that you do so yourself. The process is quick and easy and takes only a few clicks. if you request by email asking us to cancel your account, we will respond by sending you the same cancellation instructions as written on our FAQ page. We will request confirmation that you have a.) received this information and b.) understand what action to take next. The ball will be firmly in your court to actually follow through.
WE WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP FOR YOU OR REFUND YOUR CARD IF YOU DO NOT TAKE ACTION BEFORE A RENEWAL TAKES PLACE.
If you would like to cancel your account, please do so AT LEAST 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date. We can offer no refunds after your card has already been charged.
Price Protection
One of the benefits of maintaining your Iron League membership is something that we refer to as 'Price Protection.' In other words, as long as your account is in good standing with a valid credit card on file, your membership dues will remain the same and will not increase ever from the rate that you originally signed up under. If you should cancel your membership, or if we are unable to charge your credit card on file, if you should decide to renew, it will be at whatever the current (likely higher) membership cost rate is at the time. We will make every effort to contact you in the case of any credit card issue. We would greatly appreciate a response to any of our correspondence.
Site Content Access
To reiterate:
* GOLD level Iron League members will have access to 100% of the site content and receive a welcome packet with bonus materials.
* SILVER level Iron League members will have access to 75% of the site content and receive a welcome packet with bonus materials.
* BRONZE level Iron League members will have access to 50% of the site content and WILL NOT receive a welcome packet with bonus materials. (We will, however, send membership packet etc, upon an upgrade to either the SILVER or GOLD membership level)
IRON LEAGUE MEMBERSHIPS ARE RECURRING - Your card will be charged automatically and membership renewed based on the specific interval of your selected membership level. Your card will be charged for your membership renewal until you cancel it or the card is expired. You can view your membership level, accrued membership days and all other important details of your membership in the "manage your account" section of the site (found under the 'Help Desk' heading.)
